Leo opened America's first breath studio in 2018, which quickly became a cornerstone of wellness in Venice, California, winning the "Best of Venice" award in 2019 and marking the genesis of today’s breath revolution. Leo’s own transformation through conscious breathing—the most reliable tool he found for stress relief, anxiety management, and anchoring in the present—infused his mission with a unique authenticity and purpose.

Chris Keener is Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of Lixir Labs. He is a celebrated impact filmmaker and the voice of Lixir, where he writes, produces, and guides the breathwork and visualization programming.
In addition to leading groups ranging from conscious festivals to corporate boardrooms, he’s sharing these most fundamental tools for self-liberation in prisons and with the underserved.
Complementing a thriving twenty-year career as a filmmaker, Chris’s signature ability to curate meaningful experiences translates from large-scale media production to the simple act of breathing.
